Jack Ryder, loud mouthed TV newsman. While going to a costume party he was attacked by gangsters. The only thing that saved him was Dr. Yatz's syrum. It granted him with super strength, agility, and limited regeneration. He was also equiped with a device that allows his costume to form on his body at any time. Pretending to be utterly insane, Jack used his powers to fight crime as The Creeper! Of course then his origin got screwed with more times than a lone sheep in a field full of Irishmen. But I've always loved the crazy design and attitude of the character, so I decided to do a skin.
