Halvor Hakonsen was a young boy with a troubled life. He lived in a small Norwegian town with an abusive mother and alcoholic father. His poor home life lead to a bullying nature, but bullies never prosper. On day, Halvor went to far. A young child was accidentally pushed off a roof. Fearing repercussions from his mother, Halvor fled to the forest. As night descended, he made his way to a cave and, while exploring, fell down an ancient pit. There he discovered the Hvellarhorn, an ancient artefact that grants its possessor incredible powers. His first thought was to return home, to show off this newfound might, but he quickly realized it wouldn't be enough to impress his family. With that in mind he went as fast as he could to the ocean, and then to America: The Land of Opportunities. He would make a name for himself there by any means necessary, and perhaps finally win the love and respect he so desperately sought.
