A small hispanic child, his parents died when he was not more than a year old. He was soon adopted by a couple from a small town in Quebec. He was the only non-white there. Added to that, he became attracted to men at an early age. Dispite his differences he seemed to be loved by everybody. When it was finally revealed that he was a mutant he designed himself a costume and set out to protect his hometown from crime. The town honored him, but loved as he was, he really never saw any action. His town was squeaky clean. There was only one thing an aspiring hero could do... move.
