These are versions of Minuteman, The Rogue, and the Blue Defender, from the Counter Universe. The Counter Universe is one made of anti-mater, where the USA is actually the United Soviet States of Amerika, and mother Russia is the democratic Union of Free Republics. Their cold war has been brewing for years, but finally came to blows thanks to the rise of super powered beings.
These are three such beings, of the USSA: The People's Heroes. The Staff, their leader, with a staff to conquer the weather, and precognition. The Shield, with a shield that can project walls of pure force, blocking attacks. The Sword, with a sabre that is super charged and able to fire blasts of concussive force. All possess superhuman athletisim, and fight for the glory of Amerika!
